3D Economic Model of Quran

Main Points:
1.     Quran and Traditions always disburse income ( and even assets) in three Areas ( Directions). (Refer to Quranic Ayats (i) 2/272 (ii)51/10+70/24-25(iii) 6/141 (iv)  25/67 (Furqan) (v)  22/28+22/36 (Hajj) (vi) 5/93 ( Al-Maida) (vii) 9/10 (Tauba)  (vii)  2/219+220 (ix)  9/5+9/11(Tauba) (x) 92/5+6 (xii)  98/5( Bayyanah) (xii) 4/11+4/12 (Al-Nisa) and many otherAyats in *Quran* ( see pages 521- 522 of my book “*Jami-ul-Kalaam*”).

2.     Scientifically these three Modes of distribution relate to (i) Management (Entrepreneurship), Capital and Labour. ( See Note 1 below) .
3.     `In ideal case the distribution in these Three Modes (Dimensions) is equal i.e. one third (1/3) in each Mode. ( This is the requirement of Islamic Shariah). ( Note) The Second khalifa  Hazrat Umer had ordered hisAmmal ( Tax Collectors/ Governers to enforce this 3-D law of Annual income as under: ) (Please refer to Sr. No .1914 *Kitab-ul –Amwaal* by Abu UbaidAl-Qasim Bin Salam).

i)-One third of income would be taken as *Sadaqa* ( Government Taxes). ( this negates / cancels *Ribah ul Fadhal*—-Quranic Ayat no 2/276 Refers). So Hazrat Umer had achieved Tax / GDP ratio of 33.3%.
ii)- Second one third would be re-invested in the custody of Investor (*Sahib-ul-Mal* )-This is Savings and Re-Investment in the generating Capital called *Zakat*. (this negates / cancels *Ribah ul Nasia*)—Quranic Ayat no 30/39 Refers -Surah Rome)

iii)-  The last one third would be reserved for workers as “*Hasana*” ( i.e Labour share Thus we can resolve the issue of *Riba* (Usury), if we study these three Modes and distribution of income in these three Areas which is subject of Islamic Jurisprudence (*Islamic Fiqh*). ) ( Reference: *Sr. No .1914 Kitab-ul –Amwaal by Abu Ubaid Al-Qasim Bin Salam).*
(Note 1: Modern Economics supports this version-where three Areas (production agents) are (i) Management (ii) Labour (iii) Capital ( & Land).
Note 2: The above is the brief of my Essay/ Book “*Jami-ul-Kalaam*”
Note 3: The above 3-D distribution of income by Hazrat Umer is derived from the philosophy of Triad distribution as quoted in one Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) in *Sahih Muslim* as under:
“ one person is wonder-struck as a voice in a cloud ordains ( by name) for the rain-water to reach to a specific garden(“ *Hadiqa*”) where the garden owner is questioned about this divine bounty exclusively for him ( i.e rain
water  reaching his garden- “*Jannah*” only. The gardener replies that the annual income from the garden is parceled  out in 3 equal parts as under:
a) – 1/3rd is doled out as sadaqa ( government taxes distributed in 8 categories refer to Surah Taubah Ayat No 9/60). This is Management Share.
b) – Second 1/3rd is reinvested “*Aruddu Fih*” into the system (i.e. producing medium which is garden in this case, to cater for losses, depreciation and future sustainable development called “*Zaka*”).
C) – The last 1/3rd is kept as earning labour share of gardener and other co-sharers.
Note 4: The 3-D distribution or circulation of derived wealth (annual income) is the totality of the flow of total derived income and therefore it is a system analysis called “3*-D Economic Model of Quran*”, as was enforced in early Islam,
